Police Officers in Kayole are investigating an incident where a notorious thug was lynched by an irate mob last evening.
According to sources, the said thug was nabbed by irate Bodaboda Operators who chased him down several kilometers.
It has emerged that the rogue criminals had robbed a person his motorbike before before touring the same scene with it days later.
After noticing the stolen motorcycle, the irate crowd using all manner of crude weapons stoned him to death.
The area police boss toured the scene and condemned the act by the public urging them to arraign all criminals to the police other than taking the law into their own hands.
Lately, the number of shocking criminal activities in the country has increased to a worrying trend with questions raised as to what could be happening in the society.
A huge number of these incidents have ended up with deaths and some serious life threatening injuries.
Nevertheless cops have been working round the clock to ensure that kenyans get adequate security across.
