A sombre mood has engulfed the family of Bogonko Bosire, a controversial blogger who went missing mysteriously in September 2013, after his young brother killed himself. It is reported that Joshua Bosire was in despair before meeting his death on Sunday, January 16 at around 3:52 am.
Speaking to a local media, Winnie Bosire, who is the sister to the deceased, said that Joshua came home drunk and informed his mother that he was going to die that very night. She further added that their kin was depressed and that could have led him to commit the heinous act.

"It was on Sunday at 3:52 am, he took the poison out of depression. On the fateful day, he came home very drunk and told our mother that he is going to die. He went to his room and took poison and came out of the room, sipping from the bottle he was holding as mum was looking at him. He then collapsed suddenly," she recounted.
Winnie is further calling Kenyans of goodwill to help them give her brother a decent send-off. She also said that they have not received any news about their brother who has disappeared for close to eight years.
