Also to connect new customers or to replace power lines during road construction, etc.In light of the above, the areas mentioned below will experience interruptions for the better part of Wednesday, 13, October 2021.The seven counties to be affected by the interruptions are Nairobi, Machakos, Kisii, Homabay, Mombasa, Kilifi and Taita Taveta Counties. The blackouts will begin from 9 am to 5 pm in most areas except parts of Kisii, whereas from 8 am, residents will be in the dark
