Today is one of the dark days in the country. That is because another fallen hero is being laid to rest. Since last year, many top leaders in the country and prominent people have succumbed due to the deadly corona virus disease and other underlying health conditions and again today, President Uhuru and the nation at large was in mourning.
That is because a prominent person known as Evans Monari is being laid to rest in Kitutu Masaba. Evans is a popular person who did great things to the nation as well as also representing President Uhuru Kenyatta in court at one point.
Among the prominent people who attended the burial ceremony were Fred Matiang'i, Eugene Wamalwa, Githu Muigai, Ahmednasir Abdullahi famously known as Grand Mullah, Betty Maina, Donald Kipkorir and many others.
"I paid tributes to my senior Evans Monari at Nyakongo, Kitutu Masaba. Also present were our CSs Matiangi, Betty Maina and Eugene Wamalwa. Glad to have joined my seniors @ahmednasirlaw, @DonaldBKipkorir, SC Ogeto, Githu Muigai among others. Rest in peace my brother." Tweeted Abuga Makori.
