Few days after a woman who was recently captured in a viral video beating her child hald been arrested in Bwaise, the child has received a mouth watering deal.
The suspect Patience Owimana who is in her 30s is not new to conviction after she was arrested in an attempted murder of her father. The woman was beating up her son by the name Elvin Ssebandeke in Kyazanga, Lwengo District.

According to the spokesperson of the Criminal Investigations Directorate Charles Twiine, it is said after being informed that she was wanted by the police, she stole her husband's property before escaping to Luweero.
The woman's son has since been rescued and a local organisation has contacted police to grant them permission to treat him and also pay his school fees up to university level.
Moments before her involvement in battering her child, it is reported that Owimana had threatened to kill his husband. The husband reported the incident at the nearest police station.
