
The family of late businessman Samuel Irungu Maingi who died after his drink was allegedly spiked has cried out to the police to quickly hunt for those involved in his death.
The body of 59 year old Samuel Irungu was found in his house in Kagio town. He had reportedly gone home with two ladies who had spent the night with him in a club.
The body had no clothes. Samples of the drinks found in the house were taken to aid in investigations.
Whereabouts of the two ladies who are suspected to have stolen items from him could not be established since their identity is not known.
Irungu's partner who was not at home during the incident expressed shock at his sudden demise stating that he was a supportive and hardworking husband. Maingi was the Executive Secretary of Mwea West Sub-County Bar Owners Association
May justice be served for the late businessman.
