Several dwellers have run away from their residences and are now living in different parts deemed to be fairly safe.
Insecurity in the region persists, with every twilight giving rise to worry among the people their properties. It is a problem that has compelled the National Security Advisory Council (NSAC) to think of better ways of dealing with these bandits.
It should be remembered that the Interior Principal Secretary Karanja Kibicho told politicians not to moan if the government embraces harder strategies in a bid to restore order in the area. Here are some of the pictures showing the bandits heavily armed.
