Traffic police officers have managed to arrest the driver of a Probox vehicle after causing the accident in Kapsabet town that claimed the life of two women on the spot. The police officers revealed that the driver escape from one of the police stopovers and he was trying to hide from the traffic police officers who were searching for him before causing the accident. Furthermore, they claimed the driver was driving while he was dunked and he warned those who are driving after taking alcoholic drinks that they will face the consequences of the law as soon as they arrest by the traffic police officers.
Eyewitness declared that such cases of the accident have continued to rise in various parts of the country and it is now time for the traffic police officers to investigate if all the vehicles are of a good standard. The boy of the deceased has been shifted to Kapsabet mortuary as police officers launch the investigation to determine the cause of the accident.
