He had previously been arrested by detectives and was identified as the culprit who murdered 3 people namely; his brother, his brother's wife and their one year old baby. He ended their lives by setting the house on fire while the three were inside. The case was booked by DCI detectives under reference number DCI /R/NO925/36/202
What really angered many Netizens was learning that even after committing this crime and destructing the funeral of his initial victims, the "culprit was released on unclear circumstances' from Kakamega prison. This is according to the statements the DCI shared on their Tweeter account @DCI-Kenya.
As a result of this, a section of the Netizens flooded the comment section expressing anger and dissatisfaction on the Detective's revelation.
