After an SSU unit was disbanded and an investigation was launched into the extrajudicial killings committed by the unit, numerous countries found themselves in a pickle.

The main thing that makes this group infamous is the death threats they issue to those they deem unworthy of saving.
The Pangani six are also highlighted in the report, and it has been the subject of much conjecture as to whether or not one of the most dreaded corps could fall into the hands of IPOA.
KInoti's oversight was supposed to bring an end to these units, but despite public outcry, not much was done to prevent more harm to innocent individuals.
According to the police, it is only a matter of time before the law catches up with all these policemen now that they have the political goodwill
