An accident that occured today along Nyahururu-Nyeri highway in Nakuru left kenyans stomach full and to carry home. The two lorries involved in the accident were carrying foodstuffs. One lorry was carrying onions while the other one was carrying doughnuts and pancakes.
According to Ravine news blog, people gathered around the scene but only to fill their stomach. The elderly were also not left behind as they also joined the feast as they joined carrying crates and sacks. However, nobody was injured Inthe accident. The drivers only escaped with minor injuries.
It has been reported that the driver plead with the residents to stop eating the cakes but all fell on deaf ears as they sarcastically asked them to wait for the police. Most of the cakes fall on dirty ground but hungry Kenyans were happy for early Christmas. Below is a photo from the scene as shared on Facebook by Ravine news
