President William Ruto earlier on today presided over the passing out parade of the National Police Service recruits at the National Police College Main Campus Kiganjo.

The reports that we have with intimate that over 2800 police constables passed out earlier on today at the training facility in Nyeri County that is headed by Former Police Spokesperson.
This evening, according to the available reliable reports that we have with us from the National Police Service, the President of Kenya, William Ruto awarded the best recruits at the event.
The President of Kenya who arrived aboard the famous Kenya Airforce chopper in the morning was received by the Cabinet Secretary of Interior and National Administration, Prof. Kithure Kindiki, IG Koome and Commandant Bruno Shioso to the event.
The recruits constables who were awarded were James Mumo as well as Joseph Chaga who are said to have received trophies for the Best All Round in Academics and then Marksman's Badge for the Best Rifle Shot respectively.

The two had the opportunity to be awarded by President William Ruto at the event earlier on today in Kiganjo.
President William Ruto also awarded Recruit Constables Owen Ndemo as well as Charity Owino with the prestigious Canes of Honor awards.
These they received for being the Best All Round male as well as female recruits respectively at the Training Facility in Kiganjo in the nine months training exercise as per the reports that we have with us.
