Hilda Achieng took her Seven year old daughter Mitchell Jennifer to New View primary school in Kayole about three months ago, little did she know that will be the last time she would see her alive.
At 5.30 pm as Mitchell's time to go back home, she didn't show up at home and so the sister and her mother decided to go check on her but in vain. Her mother decided to report the case to Soweto Police Station for further looking for her daughter.
She found her daughter dumped in Mama Lucy hospital morgue after receiving a call from a stranger several hours into their search for their daughter.
Police officers have asked her to abandon her quest for justice for her daughter, and give birth again because she is still young and it broke her heart .
Allegedly Mitchel met her death after she was hit by her class teacher in class. The teacher has disappeared into thin air since.
"A ventricular septal defect (VSD) — sometimes referred to as a hole in the heart — is a type of congenital heart defect. In a VSD, there is an abnormal opening in the wall between the main pumping chambers of the heart (the ventricles).
Older kids or teens who have small VSDs that don't close usually have no symptoms other than the heart murmur. They might need to see a doctor regularly to make sure the VSD isn't causing any problems. This could be what she was having all along unnoticed", Fai zol Q ui said.
