I think any leader found guilty on corruption should be denied bond and serve his or her jail term in jail. But if you take the example of this Karen MCA, that bond ruled by court is just a change of millions profits he made from corruption. There is no fair judgement here, how comes the judge fines the MCA sh 700,000 while he looted 1.7 million?
Welcome to Kenya where court finds you guilty of 1.7 million bribery then orders you to pay 700k fine. The MCA will remain with his 1M and life continues as if nothing happened. As a reader what do you say about this judgement, was the judge right? Share your thoughts in the comments section.
