Sheila Wairimu who is aa well known musician known as Shay Diva Africa from Transzoia county, was nabbed by the police after the tycoon's family had launched a complaint stating that the suspect had changed ownership within four days after PJ Dodhia Kumar died.
She and Kumar were in a relationship and after his death with was so sudden she according to the family of the Indian tycoon, decided to take over all his properties and this is where they discovered that a V8 Toyota car was missing and it had been put under the name of Sheila Wairimu.
She is also accused of accessing the accounts of Kumar and changing the car ownership to herself and this could cause her alot.
Police officers tracked down Wairimu to Kitengela and towed the vehicle to Buruburu Police Station and later to Kitale Police Station where the case will be heard in Monday's 5th july 2021
She had initially made attempts through lawyers to block the family from pursuing the matter but she failed, because the family had all the supporting documents needed.
Upon her arrest, on her defence has stated that the vehicle had been transferred to her without her knowledge, and since it was a gift for her she decided to keep it and she doesnt understand what this was all about.
