To combat the spread of Covid-19, a nationwide curfew from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. has been extended for another 30 days, according to Health Cabinet Secretary.The ban on public gatherings and political rallies has also been expanded, according to Mutahi Kagwe.
The period would be used to vaccinate as many individuals as possible, according to CS Kagwe.

"Limiting regular Kenyans' ability to live normal lives, so impacting their livelihoods, is folly; then politicians are left to run campaigns. They'll probably open up when it's politically acceptable. But I'm stumped as to why they think we're all unaware!" Said Simon kamau.
