DCI Exposes Eyewitnesses Who Gave Live TV Interviews as Dangerous Killers

The identities of six suspects thought to be a part of a violent gang responsible for the unexplained killings in Nakuru county have been made public by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).

However, a spot check by discovered that two of the suspects had been on live TV over a month earlier as eyewitnesses to a fire event that resulted in the deaths of a mother and her two children in Nakuru.

The two suspects were first responders to the fire incident when they were interviewed on Ebru TV on June 2, 2022. They described the morning fire that destroyed the house in Manyani estate, Nakuru East.

The killings happened in broad daylight, with the murderers raping the victims before lighting their corpses ablaze in the victims' bedrooms.
