However, the family has been met by several conditions which they must meet to enable Merceline return home as she is alleged to be very sick in Saudi Arabia and no one is taking care of her as she still keeps working.
According to Edwina Oluoch, the mother of Merceline Atieno, the daughter was taken to Saudi Arabia through Lilian Karanja Mbaire's agency in Kenya identified as Emerson agencies on a two years contract.
It is believed that the terms that Merceline and her family were given while in Kenya changed when she landed in Saudi Arabia which got her ill.
The Al Farsa agency in Saudi Arabia are alleged to be demanding for 280K for them to allow Merceline Atieno get back home as they claim to have catered for her training, medicals and travel fees.
This has become a very challenging thing for the family of Merceline who want her to get back home safely from Saudi Arabia.
