Kenyans from all walks of the country today woke up to new revelations that Good News International church founder Pastor Paul Makenzie does not own any land in Shakahola Forest. This is despite the fact that the controversial cleric has been operating on the land for the last ten years. Kenya Kwanza government led by President William Samoei Ruto has been calling on the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) to do thorough investigations and come up with the motive behind the mass graves in Shakahola Forest.
According to police report, Shakahola forest does not belong to the beleaguered cleric who is behind the bars following his arrest early last month. Shakahola forest has been hitting the headlines after several mass graves were discovered and over five hundred bodies have been exhumed so far.
The autopsy on the bodies alleged that some organs were missing, prompting the police to claim that organs trafficking trade was being done in the area.
However, the latest revelations about Shakahola mass graves and forest have elicited mixed reactions across the country. Some Kenyans hilariously joked that the Shakahola forest belongs to Ruto. Other Kenyans are now calling on the government to do a thorough investigation so as to know the truth behind the mass graves.
