According to the news shared by DCI on its Twitter handle, the man abducted the young souls from their homes to unknown place.

A 31-year old man, Identified as Jackson Mutinga is the primary suspect in the saga.

Justin Oyugi, who is the Chief Inspector and an aircraft engineer at NPSA suspected the man, who was holding the two girls.
