“The boy kicked the ball which hit his brother on the face, and before long, the boy picked the ball and threw away, occasioning a fight,” Ms Apoya noted, adding that attempts to separate the duo from proved futile.
Ms Apoya noted she was later notified about the incident and told that Nsubuga is dead.
The suspect is a class three pupil at Buwanda Primary School, while his brother has been a class Seven pupil at Budibya Primary School.
Mr Fred Nangeso, one of the family members, noted that they got wind of the incident from two boys.
He said that they attempted to rush the boy to Masafu hospital but it didn't work out.
Mr Ismael Mangeni, a resident, noted that the latest report had left many residents throughout the area in fear, saying that this is the first time the latest development happened.
