Residents of Homabay county are yet to come to terms with an incident where the man of the House knifed his four children before poisoning them.
Later on, the man allegedly committed suicide by taking poison leaving the children who were later on taken hospital writhing in pain.
According to Edna Ndenda who is the wife of late, her husband who has been showing signs of mental disturbance after losing his job suddenly turned violent.
On more than one occasions, the late tried to kill her but without much success. She told citizen TV how she even reported the matter to the area chief in a bid to get a solution to the Marital issue.
On the fateful Day, Ndenda said he had threatened to kill her and that is how she took off but not knowing that he would later on turn to his own children.
Kenyans are always advised to seek guidance and counseling from professionals or church ministers to sort out their psychosocial problems.
The sad ordeal is happening a few days after another mam in USA killed his two children and a Kenyan wife.
