Sometimes, pedestrians need to be extra careful too and avoid some of the situations that would otherwise put them in precarious positions.
Observing all traffic rules should not be just for Motorists but every road user as well and that includes the pedestrians.
This morning, there has been a deadly accident at the Mutindwa Footbridge in Nairobi.
The Mutindwa Footbridge is along the ever busy Highway known as Outering Road that is prone to accidents of late.
A 21 year old young man has been knocked down dead under the bridge and his body is still lying at the scene.
It was a hit and run as the vehicle that took his life is nowhere on the scene of the accident where the young man is lying.
There is a Footbridge above where the young man has been knocked down dead which raises a lot of questions.
