'Very Sad' What Family of Lady Killed in Saudi Found on Her Body That Shows She Died a Painful Death

Beatrice Waruguru

The family of Beatrice Waruguru are in deep mourning after they received her body at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA). The lady had been working in Saudi Arabia before she met her untimely death.

Waruguru's family had earlier refused to pick up her body at the airport insisting that they wanted to view the body to ascertain that she was their daughter. However, the airport authority refused as that was against their policy.

They later signed the document and had a chance to view the body at Kenyatta University Hospital Mortuary. According to her mother, Waruguru had gone through a torturous moment judging by the state of her body.

“The head is disfigured with eyes seeming to have been gouged out. Her neck has deep cuts and stitches. Maybe they slit her throat,” the victim's mother, Mercy Wanjiru said as quoted by The Standard.

She further added that some flesh was missing behind her legs and they assumed that it was because she died a long time ago and the body got interfered with.

The burial process is ongoing as the family is still seeking justice for Waruguru.
