School principal, wife and bodaboda died and six others sustained serious injuries in grisly road crash, Kirinyaga County.
The accident along Sagana-Kagio road happened when a Public Service Vehicle collided head-on with a motorbike ferrying two pillion passengers to the opposite direction.
The bodaboda operator and his passengers died on the spot as six other occupants of the matatu were injured in the Friday road crash. 
The injured were taken to Sagana Health Centre for emergency treatment and the bodies of the deceased were transferred to Murang'a Referral Hospital morgue.
The matatu was enroute to Sagana from Kagio town when it collided head-on with the motorbike which was moving from the opposite lane. 
The matatu and the motorbike wreckages were towed to Sagana police station for inspection.
County police boss Mathew Mang'ira said probes into the accident are underway.
This comes barely few hours when four people also sustained serious injuries in grisly road accident along Thika-Garissa highway.
