A man has been arrested by police for clobbering his wife to death after finding her in a drunken stupor, at a chang’aa drinking den in Ugenya’s Jera village in Siaya county.
The suspect identified asKevin Onyango, 34, is said to have come back home on Saturday evening from work only to find his wife sweetheart away.
He hunt tirelessly and later landed on her at a chang’aa drinking den heavily drunk.
An angry Onyango landed on the victim with mull kicks and smashing blows leaving his 42-year-old sweetheart Emmaculate Mayavi, who was unable to speak.
He then blindfolded her on a wheelbarrow and took in her home in critical condition where she developed serious complications and lost her life at around 11pm.
The accused is currently in locked up at Sihay police station.
He is curently undergoing police interrogations awaiting for his arraignment in court.
If found guilty, he will be slapped with gruesome murder charges.
Police officers are curently the matter so as to unravel what might have transpired between the duo.
