Incidents of suicides in the country have been on the rise in the recent past with the government urging Kenyans to always be careful to avoid such incidents.
The cases have seen the government embark on mental awareness months so as to avoid such scenes that leave many people dead due to suicide.
A few weeks ago, Kenyans learnt of the death of Brenda Kawira, 29 year old lady from Kasarani died by suicide at the home that she shared with her boyfriend.
February 21st, 2023, while in Nairobi’s Kasarani Estate at around 11:30PM, Brenda Kawira is said to have jumped 50 feet to her death.
She was buried two weeks later at her rural home in Meru County with the family rejecting the police report from Kasarani Police Station that she had died by suicide.
This afternoon, according to the available reliable reports that we have with us from Daily Nation Newspaper, the lady is said to have been born on the 3rd of January 2023.

Her father is said to have been a Catholic priest who is known as Peter Gitonga as per the reports that we have with us from the family.
The University of Nairobi graduate in medical biochemistry had also lost a daughter known as Gianna a few months back as per the reports available.
She had also just gotten a scholarship to pursue a Master’s degree in the country of Australia and was scheduled to leave the country in June 2023.
