Due to to Eastleigh's crowded nature, most pick pockets have found a safe heaven where they can earn a living in the said area.
Unfortunately that was not the case for one woman. Her proverbial 40 days had already caught up.
As captured by the CCTV camera, the suspect is seen entering a shop and goes straight to the counter where she engages the shop's owner in a conversation. The two appear to chatter for a minute then the woman steps out.
Minutes later, the suspect returns again and stands besides the counter where she drags the phone over, slides it into her pockets and then walks out.
The shop's owner notices that her phone was missing and dashes out after the suspect. Suspected thief was given a beating of her life time by the curios mob. Luckily for her, good samaritans stepped in before she was lynched and she was taken to authorities.
