Customers have got many ways of getting to know whether a particular r product will satisfy them. It is therefore difficult to study the different behaviors of customers.
In a story shared on radio Jambo, by one of the renowned presenters called Ghost Mulee, a customer found himself on the bad side with a hawker. This was after he pressed on Avocado's belonging to the seller and failed to purchase them. The hawker got angry and chopped the customer's ear.
Ghost Mulee also stated that the case was taken to court and the hawker was forced to pay sh.100 000 for injuring a customer.
Muller has urged Kenyans to resist the habit of touching seller's products with no intentions of buying them. He added that one should wait to be told how to handle a product than to do it carelessly.
