A gentle man has been detained by the police in England after throwing rotten eggs to King Charles III and his wife Camilla in Yorkshire. The king and the wife were were invited in York to unveil the Statue belonging to his late mother, Queen Elizabeth II. This is the first statue to be erected since her death.
According to the reports, the King and his spouse escaped narrowly from being hit by the rotten eggs. As the police detained the angry man, Charles smoothly continued with the traditional ce
remony which saw the sovereign being welcomed officially to the City of York by the Lord Mayor.
This is not the first time King Charles III witness such rejection. Last month when he was accending to powers, the video of a woman captured holding a loft 'Not My King' went viral in social media.The woman was confronted by police officers and detained for embarrassment and rejection of the new king.
