The late Brian Mbaye could not hold herself after arriving at the morgue where the lifeless body of her son was lying.
The late Brian was a 17-year-old boy studying at Githiruini boys school in form four. According to her mother, he was a bright student and he was to seat for his K.C.S.E exam in March 2021.
Little did she know that her precious life will be cut off by her fellow students. Reports had earlier indicated that Brian was caught in a neighboring school dormitory for unknown reasons.
Further reports indicated that six boys sneaked at Komothai girl's school, one of the girls spotted them and alarmed her colleagues. Five of the boys managed to trace their way out but unfortunately, Brian couldn't.
He was beaten to injuries, he was later rushed to a nearby hospital but succumbed to injuries. Brian's mother said that she can't believe what could have inspired her son's death. The investigation is still pending. May God grant her strength to endure the pain during this period of grieving.
