The hawkers in Nairobi county are expected to be relocated to another street by the governor Hon Johnson Sakaja. According to the news which was shared on the social media platforms, the Nairobi governor Hon Johnson Sakaja revealed that hawkers will be relocated to Dubois Road where they will be doning their business.
The Nairobi governor Hon Johnson Sakaja is planning to reduce congestion in the Central Business District where alot of activities always takes place. Hawkers have been moving around the CBD doing their businesses which makes it hard for someone to walk freely. The governor on his speech said that Dubois street will become a modern market for hawkers to do their businesses.
Despite that, it is time for hawkers to obey the law and rules from the governor by relocating their businesses to Dubois Road. Let us maintain peace among each other during this time where the cost of living has gone high.
