Police officers have arrested a class six pupil, 14. The scene is in Kakamega County.
So far, Richard Omanga, Navakholo OCPD, has narrated the scene. According to him, the suspect confessed to his teacher after committing the crime.
According to the teacher, the suspect attacked the deceased, 10, as he was looking after cattle.
The alleged reason being, the deceased had eaten his meal at their house.
Note; Mr Richard has also confirmed that the two were neighbors.
At the scene; the suspect killed his schoolmate by hitting him on the head using a blunt object before dumping him in river.
The suspect's teacher has also confirmed that the suspect led them to the scene after confessing. Luckily they managed to found the body.
Currently; the body is in Kakamega Referral and Hospital mortuary, waiting autospy.
