There's been a very heartbreaking video circulating on social media of Boda Boda rider being swept away by Floods. It's really depressing to watch the video and we had all hoped that he'll survive the floods ordeal and come out alive but that was not the case. Most parts of the country is now experiencing heavy rainfalls and all riders should be very cautious because there are floods all over. The rider is a father, a husband, a brother and a friend. It must be so heartbreaking for his family to loose their loved one on this festive season. It's even sad to think that he may be the main breadwinner in his household.
From the post from Citizen TV seen by the writer, the body has of now been retrieved, apparently the rider died while trying to cross over the dangerous floods. May he rest in peace and his family funds solace. This is now a call to all Boda Boda riders to be vigilant during this festive season.
