Nakuru is one of the areas in Kenya which are facing the problems of insecurity caused by criminal gangs.
Residents in Nakuru have been complaining of these thugs whom they described as very dangerous.
These criminal gangs are vicious, sometimes they are acting under the influence of hallucinatory drugs.
The gangs that are believed to be operatig in Nakuru include the Eastlando, Msafi Kwanza, and Gaza.
They are the most dangerous gangs in Nakuru. They have no second thought about hacking or shooting a person whom they think is standing on their way to get what they want.
The Gaza group which is made up of mainly teenagers, is believed to be operating in the Nakuru Town East and Lanet areas.
They are involved in robbery and mugging even in broad daylight.
The residents want the authorities to put more security measures in these areas and make sure that security returns.
