Ruth Oluoch a resident from Kisumu County, through her lawyer George Ndege is seeking the court's intervention to have her ex-lover by the name, Kasim Ciftci, who is a Turkish by Nationality to return the gifts he took away from her when they separated.
Olouch demands to be pain Three hundred thousand shilling to replace the household items the man took away. In addition she has filled a petition to bar the Turkish lover from leaving the country.
Ruth confessed to the court of law that the man lied to her that he is single and wanted to marry her aftrr 12 months of relating. Ruth was later disappointed when she discovered the man was married.
Allegedly in August, the ex-lover approached Ruth telling her she was leaving the country and gifted her household items which included a sofa set, heater, two beds, three carpetsand a 7-seater coach.
Unfortunately after their love turned sour, the police invaded her home and took away all the items.
