According to the reports given by the witnesses or rather locals from Busia, it was reported that the accident reportedly happened yesterday in the evening where the public service vehicle that was trying to overtake a lorry that was infront of it collided with another personal vehicle that was coming from the opposite direction.
This was followed by a dramatic scene after the good Samaritans who were around the scene of the accident rushed to the crime scene in order to try and save the casualties after calling the local authorities who were around the area manning up security along the busy highway.
Luckily, no one died after it was revealed that a number of passengers were immediately rushed to the nearest hospital where they are currently receiving medical treatment in their respective hospitals.
The continous accidents has sparked alot of mixed reactions from Kenyans who seemed to have wondering why there was an increasing number of accidents in Kenya.
With a section of Kenyans blaming this on reckless road users, others went ahead and called upon the government to consider fixing the poor infrastructure in order to try and reduce the number of accident related deaths in Kenya.
