A 22 years old mother has been arrested and put to custody by police officers after she allegedly plunged her two children in a water well.
According to the report by DCI, Sharon Chebet threw her two sons of 4 years and 6 years respectively into a 40 meters well. The 4 years old son died in the hospital but his brother was rescued by the neighbors.
The DCI reports also states that the wailing of the two from the well is what attracted the neighbors who joined hands with the well wishers in aid to rescue the boys. The two were rushed to Longisa County Referral Hospital where one lost his life.
The incident happened yesterday 23rd August at Chepkogem Village in Bomet County.
Detectives have not yet established the motive of this beastiality act.
