The death of a senior state official has lo the arrest of 2 University going ladies after his body was found in the early morning hours. The suspected ladies were the last people to have been with the former state officer after CCTV footage from the hostels showed them arriving in a taxi at around midnight and later his body discovered by security guards.
According to K24 digital news media platform, the former state co-operations director and a manager is said to have taken the two ladies from a party from a night club where they were entertaining themselves. Reports from a detective reveal that the three arrived at the apartment around midnight before entering a room registered under one of the ladies who is currently in custody.
The police were called by concerned eyewitnesses who found the deceased's body within the complex compound some few meters from the parking lot. The suspects are in custody as detectives are still searching for clues as investigations on what transpired on the ill fated night continue.
