Hello and welcome back to my channel. Two boys inadvertently detonated a bomb ordinance and were left unattended at the Narok County Referral Hospital for eight hours while their family searched for funds to have them relocated.
According to reports from NTV, the family claims they were forced to raise KES 100,000 to transport the two boys to Tenwek Hospital in Bomet County. They were told that each boy would cost KES 50,000.
“They say we cannot be allowed to transfer them to Tenwek Hospital unless we have KES 100,000, yet this is an accident and an emergence,” said the father.
The family was able to raise some funds after an eight-hour search, and as the media reached the hospital, they piled pressure on the boys to be transported to Tenwerk Hospital at 9 p.m. last night.
However, these reports from NTV has caused mixed reactions from Kenyans online. Below are some of their comments.
