A mother in Umoja, Nairobi county is crying out for justice after her 4 year old son was allegedly abused by his father.
According to a report by Citizen TV Kenya, the mother claimed that the father has been taking advantage of the little boy whenever he takes him for the weekend visits in accordance with the co-parenting agreement.
She also claimed that the court failed to approve records from the hospital showing that the minor had been abused. The court wants to jail her for contempt after she denied the rogue father visitation rights.
In the first case, the minor was found with healed wounds in his privates. In the second case, the muscles had been damaged.
She first noted something amiss when her son came from the first visit at his father's house. After bathing him, she noted some redness at his privates. The minor then confessed that his dad had abused him.
Ever since, Elizabeth had not been able to convince the court that her son was assaulted even with all the records from Mama Lucy hospital. An arrest warrant has already been issued against her. She is now appealing to well wishers to help her get justice.
