Kenya has three security organs namely Kenya defence forces, Kenya police service and national intelligence service that safeguards the country against internal and external attacks.
Insecurity has been witnessed in Laikipia conservancy area following the frequent bandits attacks that have been witnessed for barely three months.
It's sad news that the bandits have managed to gun down two General service unit officers leaving senior inspector officer nursing serious injuries. The police service has confirmed the sad news that have happened today.
The bad news comes barely one month after the bandits succeeded killing three police officers who pursuing the armed raiders at Ol moron area.
In conclusion, I call upon the government in collaboration with the Interior and Coordination cabinet secretary Dr Fred Matiang'i to send more troops of soldiers in Laikipia conservancy area to help beef up the security ensure that the bandits are arrested and charged at the court of law.
