Moi Comrades Mourn The Death Of Their Fellow Student Days After Death Of Another

Grief has struck yet again at Moi University Main Campus after the death of comrade James Mwangi Kinyua popularly known as Jeymo. James was a third year student pursuing Bachelor of Education Arts specialising in Kiswahili and Geography. He hailed from Karatina, Nyeri County. He was also a member of Nyeri Moi University Student Association (NYEMUSA). He's said to have died after a short illness.

The incoming fourth year to be was found dead in the morning after completion of his attachment program. The candle lighting to mourn him will start as from 6.00 p.m at Student Center in Moi University Main Campus.

His death comes a few days after the death of a third year who was in session by the name Anthony Mureithi. Anthony was pursuing a Bachelor of Education Arts course specialising in Geography and Religion. His burial took place on 1st October 2021 in Meru County. He died after a short illness.

I take this opportunity to send my heartfelt condolences to the families of James and Anthony, the friends of the deceased and the entire Moi University fraternity during this hard time. May the should of James and Anthony rest in eternal peace.
