Sad News as a Form 2 Girl Collude With Mother to Kill Her Baby so as to Resume Full-time Studies

Kenya is a sovereign nation that is guided by the new constitution of 2010. The Constitution consist of the Bill of Rights that contain fundamental rights and freedoms of human beings. The Constitution clearly states that human life is very paramount and that life begins after conception has taken place and no one should take away anyone's life.

It's sad news in Tumoek village in Aldai Sub-county that is found in Nandi County after a mother aged 41 years old and her daughter of 19 years cooperated in killing her grandchild of barely one month. The baby is said to have been in January this year and the close family members and neighbours noticed that the baby was missing for a while.

According to Mr. John Owuoth the Aldai Sub-county police commander said that the two are said to have colluded in killing the baby to allow the girl aged 19 years old resume her form two studies and prepare to sit for the end term exams.

In conclusion, the two have been arrested and they are detained at Kobujoi police station awaiting to be arraigned to court once the police officers complete their investigation and be charged by murder. What's your take on this, who is to be blamed between the mother and daughter for killing the baby?
