Husband to the slain woman whose body was discovered inside a suitcase dumped near General Service Unit (GSU) base in Ruiru has shed tears while recalling last moments with her.

According to sources, Joseph Ngige disclosed that he last saw his late wife, Wambui, a few days before her murder when he was escorting her to the railway station.
According to him, she told him goodbye and that they would see each other soon and that was the last moment they shared together.
Ngige went ahead and claimed that they were in good terms, describing her as an amazing, wife and it therefore didn't make sense to hom why anyone would want her dead.
Wambui is said to have been working in a Hotel in Ruiru and her workmates described her as a calm and peaceful lady.

Her body was mutilated and forced to fit in the suitcase with the killer leaving behind a short note reading, "Bwana ya mtu sumu."
