Kenyans have been left reacting after an expectant woman took to the street to appeal for free diapers from the leaders of Nairobi county.

The pictured lady was spotted to have written her appeal to the leaders on a manilla paper. Addressing Nairobi county governor, senator and Women representative, the expectant mother requested that all mothers who use NHIF and Linda mama should be given annual diapers supplies for free for babies aged 0 to one year old babies and at a subsidized price for two to three year-old babies. She complained that diapers are too expensive.
Those named in the appeal include first lady Rachel Ruto, Hon Johnson Sakaja, hon Edwin Sifuna, Hon Esther Passaris, Hon Ida Odinga, Hon Karen Nyamu and deputy president Hon Rigathi Gachagua.
