Residents of Ruiru, near General Service Unit (GSU) Headquarters, were shocked after discovering body of a woman dumped inside a suitcase.

According to sources, the body was discovered by the residents near the GSU gate on Monday 17, around five in the evening. Police disclosed that the body had been forced to fit inside the suitcase and the killer left a note inside reading "Bwana ya mtu ni sumu", insinuating that the deceased might had been murdered in a love triangle.
An investigation has been launched into the issue while the body of the late was transferred to the mortuary awaiting identification by relatives and analysis into the actual cause of the death.

Cases of such deaths have been rampant in the country and former Nairobi County Governor Mike Sonko has been calling upon Kenyans to stay away from other people's husbands/wives to avoid such incidences. Counseling psychologists have also been advising on moving out of toxic relationships and marriages instead of waiting until it's too late.
