The court has given a new directive regarding the filed petitions that linked MP Amos Kimunya and Sirisia MP John Waluke with fraud cases.However MP Waluke is at risk of being jailed for 57 years if he fails to pay a fine of 1 billion shillings.He(Waluke) was associated with Ksh 297 million fraud case and the appeal of his case was dismissed.
On the other hand the former Kipipiri MP Amos Kimunya case that linked him with sh 60 million fraud has been overturned by the court.Indeed Kenyans have raised varying opinions via the social media platforms regarding the court's directive on MP Waluke's and Kimunya's case.What is your view regarding MP Waluke being ordered to pay sh 1 billion or else being jailed?
