Accidents on the Kenyan highways have been on the rise in the recent past with the National Transport and Safety Authority urging drivers to always ensure that they are careful with whatever they do.

These accidents have been mostly blamed on careless driving and not adhering to the traffic rules that have been put in place to ensure that everyone gets home safe.
Very early this morning at around 3AM, a deadly accident happened at Allsops on the busy Thika Superhighway.
According to an eye witness at the scene, the accident occured at Allsops just after Drive In as you're entering Rosters.
It's unclear how the accident that involved two saloon cars happened on the busy highway this morning.
No casualties were reported although some minor injuries were witnessed at the scene of the accident.
The police responded on time and the mess was able to cleared on time despite it being the middle of the night.
