Deputy President today's Karen Meeting attracted few aspirants despite the fact that the meeting involved aspirants from 10 counties majorly from Orange Democratic Movement, ODM party leader Raila Odinga.
Deputy President William Ruto today met a huge delegation of leaders, aspirants from ten counties: Kakamega, Bungoma, Busia, Vihiga, Kisii, Nyamira, Migori, Homabay, Kisumu, Siaya counties in his Karen residence in Nairobi.
“The Hustler Narrative is not about the rich versus the poor. It is not about glorifying poverty. It is about the millions of hardworking citizens who toil to make ends meet and ultimately improve the quality of their lives. Hustlers need no favours; all they want is equal opportunities to boost their hustles." Ruto said.
Present were Silvanus Osoro (South Mugirango), Joash Nyamoko (North Mugirango), Shadrack Mose (Kitutu Masaba), Vincent Kemosi (West Mugirango), Mathias Robi (Kuria West), Millicent Omanga (nominated), Dan Wanyama (Webuye West), Didmus Barasa (Kimilili), John Waluke (Sirisia), Benjamin Washiali (Mumias East), Kisii deputy governor Joash Maangi, UDA Chairman Johnson Muthama and UDA Secretary-General Veronica Maina.
